By car, you remain minutes away from local and chain dining, golfing, movie theaters, fitness centers, bowling, historical attractions, and more. Columbus offers free on-street parking in all downtown areas, and free lot parking in other commercial areas. The entire downtown area can be comfortably walked by most. Electric scooter rental is also available across the street from the loft-rental requires download of the Bird app on your smartphone, and scooters must be operated on the street and not on local sidewalks. If you are a healthcare worker, you are qualified to use the electric scooters for free. Terrace View is located in a historic downtown building. The storefront below the loft is currently under renovation in preparation for the springtime opening of a new indie bookstore, Terrace Books. While work is being completed, you may notice foot traffic and busy activity below the balcony in the terrace area during daytime/weekday hours. However, heavy construction has been completed, and excessive noise from below is not a concern.
