Our cottage includes fiber optic internet for lightning fast speeds. Our cozy cottage has been completely renovated inside and out with modern finishes and amenities including new full kitchen, sleek bathroom, Smart TV, fiber optic high speed internet, new living room furniture and beds, and more. Kitchen The full-kitchen includes new appliances and all of the amenities like pots and pans, silverware, utensils, and dishes - everything needed to make meals from scratch. Bedrooms Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, clean bed consisting of 400 thread count sheets from Wisconsin based company Lands End, comforter, quilts, and pillows of varying size and fluffiness to best fit your personal sleeping needs. Bathroom The bathroom is showcased by a new glass shower and includes all of the amenities like shower towels, hand towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Living Room The living room features a new sofa and chair that recline. Log into our HD Smart TV using your favorite streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc) for movie nights or catching up on TV series. Laundry Area A new Samsung washer and dryer are available for you during your stay. We have detergent and dryer sheets to make laundry time go smoothly. Outdoors The deck is provided with chairs and a table for relaxing. Enjoy the beautiful sunset views across the lake and then night time is about a quiet as can be with little nighttime traffic or cities nearby. You may even see some wildlife on the game trail that goes through the backyard between the cottage and the lake while you’re there! Parking There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles, and also the opportunity to fit trucks with trailers as well. You’ll have access to the entire home. Upon arrival, entry will be via the front door smart keypad using a 4-digit code provided at time of booking. While I won’t be available in person, I’m just a phone call away to help you troubleshoot (should anything go wrong). . Out here, the primary means of transportation will be the vehicles which you arrive in. The lake’s appearance - The lake water is clear and full of healthy fish. However, a green weed growth occurs on the lake during the summertime that limits water recreational activities. County Road K - The home sits just off of County Road K, and some cars drive very quickly down the road. This property is fully licensed for overnight rentals through Marquette County and the state of Wisconsin
