Although there is a hospitality tray in the guest room, you are welcome to come down to the kitchen to make a cuppa for a change of scene (this is paused for the time being during the COVID crisis). Apart from the guest room, you are welcome to make a cuppa in the kitchen, or use the dining room table for reading or working (this is paused for the time being during the COVID crisis). I am happy to socialise as much or as little as guests would like (during the COVID crisis, this is paused - I am welcoming guests by doing the check-in socially-distancing in the garden, then guests see themselves up to their room. I lay breakfast in the dining room and, when guests come down, I do not go into the dining room. During the stay, I do not service the bedroom by making the beds or emptying the bin, asking guests to let me know by message if they need anything).
