Dream Catcher Villa boasts 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths, an office suite that can double as a bedroom with a twin trundle bed, a fully equipped and professional-grade kitchen, an open veranda that merges with the living room and dining room, and a furnished pool deck that overlooks the property’s vegetation and the clear-blue Shoal Bay water. Beach access is just a quick drive away, and so are the fantastic Shoal Bay Village restaurants and shopping areas!Dream Catcher Villa is situated on a low ridge overlooking Shoal Bay East. Built in a unique ranch-style, the villa’s design offers sweeping ocean vistas and gentle island breezes.Dream Catcher’s 1.4 acres are fenced in, with easy road and beach access. The villa’s pool deck has unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and constant sunshine. An infinity pool and Jacuzzi lie on the ocean-facing side of the deck, and loungers and umbrellas sit on the opposite side. Al fresco dining rests under the veranda, and a fenced garden landscaped with bougainvillea, cacti, and indigenous plants surrounds the home. There’s also a propane-powered generator with an automatic switch and a TV security system in case of emergencies. Guests can easily drive to Shoal Bay’s sugar white sands for swimming, spectacular sunsets, and to enjoy the beachside restaurants and bars.The kitchen, dining, and sitting areas open to the veranda to become one spacious living and dining area. The dining room has an imported Brazilian hardwood table that comfortably seats eight. The living area features a TV and a built-in fireplace, which uses liquid fuel gel to provide ambiance without heat. The air-conditioned, professionally designed chef’s kitchen features granite countertops and top quality appliances, including a Viking double oven, a Viking grill, a GE monogram six-burner gas stove, a warming oven, an American fridge, an ice maker, a wine fridge, and two dishwashers. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, Sonos sound systems, and flatscreen TVs. The master suite has a king bed, a walk-in dressing room, and a DVD player. Its ensuite bathroom has a deep tub, a walk-in shower, and a dual vanity. Plus, it has a private balcony overlooking Shoal Bay. The second suite has a four-poster king bed and french doors that open to the veranda. Its ensuite bathroom has a large shower and dual vanity. The third suite has a queen bed. It shares a bathroom with the office, which acts as an optional fourth suite. This fourth suite has a daybed and trundle.A housekeeper, pool man, and manager maintain the villa. Air-conditioning is in the bedrooms and kitchen only, but French doors in the other rooms allow the island breezes to flow through.
