Windy Pines Suite

Hi, I’m your host, Heidi, and I was born and raised right here in the Des Moines, Iowa! I handcrafted Windy Pines Suite to be a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while visiting Des Moines and Central Iowa. With quick access to the Iowa State Fair Grounds, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Racetrack, and downtown Des Moines, my spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite is the perfect resting spot for tourists and travelers alike. Please take a look and let me know if you have any questions! We live in Pleasant Hill which is a suburb of Des Moines. Our house is located right next to Highway 65 and within 5 minutes of I-80. Note: You can hear the highway from the suite, noise levels vary. We have a large parking area with room for up to two guest vehicles. There is a bike path right next to our house that connects to great biking trails in the area. Highway and interstate access are all within 5 minutes of our location.
