Rural Retreat - Far from City Lights

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet Comfy but close to lots of interesting place to see. The house is a lowset bungalow. A great family home with large dining room and lounge. A large kitchen and BBQ on the front patio. There's a fire pit and dam covered with water lilies and wild ducks. My home is 7.7klm from the rural town of Allora -The Best little Town on the Downs. Allora with is beautiful wide streets and historical builds is a great place to visit. It also has the service of an IGA, butchers, pharmacy, post office and doctors surgery, and a quintessential country Pub- The Railway Hotel which does great meals. Warwick with its Rodeo and Roses is only 21min away. Your holiday, your home but I can be contacted if you need me. My home is in a farming community. The nights are spectacular, the milky way is so bright. The only thing interrupting the peace is the occasional mooing of cattle. We are 7.7 km from the historic village of Allora. It also has an IGA, a butcher, Newsagency, Post Office , Pub and Medical Centre. The road to my property is sealed but narrow. Please watch out for kangaroos, farm machinery and other vehicles. Undercover parking when you get there for 3 cars. My home is on a working farm. The farm and its livestock are off limits for the safety of guests. The Dam isn't fenced - guests are advised that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children. Rural Queensland is home to poisonous snakes and other wild animals please stay away from any you may encounter. Don't pat the kangaroos. They are wild.
