Hardwood Lodge

Hardwood Lodge is an authentic local character wooden house that will give vibes of locality. Locate at best spot for travelers to explore Inle Lake region , very close to transport terminals, restaurants & amenities. Free early check-in, WiFi, breakfast, hot & cold shower with toiletry, linen and towels are complements. Shear boat tour is available for cheaper option and organizing share touring activities like trekking, cycling tour and day trip to Kukku, Samkar, Htan San, Pindaya, Kalaw & etc This is female only dormitory room. It has three bunk beds that can accommodate six people. Beds are in individual partition which gives reasonable privacy. Room is air-conditioned and has ceiling fan too. Individual bed has own bed lamp and two UBS port for charging phone or tablet. Balcony and lounges from both ground floor and first floor are available for relaxation. Both up stair and down stair have toilets, shower rooms and sinks. Guest would be able to access all part of the building. There is balcony (nice place to see movement of locality, mountain range and a river which reach to Inle Lake), large communal areas of both ground floor and first floor both will give sense of locality. Staffs from Hardwood Lodge are ready and willing to help our guest to explore Inle Lake region. Such as arranging one day or two day one night trekking on eastern mountain range of Inle Lake, cycling around Nyaung Shwe or to Kaung Dine village and natural hot spring. Arranging or organizing share day trip to Samkar, Kukku, Htan San Cave, Pindaya and Kalaw. Hardwood Lodge is right in middle of everything you would need. Transport terminals, budget friendly restaurants, well known restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, Chinese restaurants, convenience store, cultural museum, banks and ATM are between two to five minutes’ walk from Hardwood Lodge. Most the bus stops (bus comes from Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan and Maywaddy) are between two to five minutes’ walk to get Hardwood Lodge. You can use (Hidden by Airbnb) map app to guide you to get Hardwood Lodge. To visit around Inle Lake, the jetty (where boat trip start) is just less than fifteen minutes’ walk from Hardwood Lodge. Public transport terminal to Taung Gyi is less than ten minutes’ walk. Hardwood Lodge is a non-smoking hostel and pet are not allowed. Hardwood Lodge cordially requests for quiet hour (from 22:00 to 07:00) and compromises for the safety or comfort of our community, which includes our guests, our staff, and our neighbors.
