Lovely 3 Bed Cottage on 75 acres of grounds

Magnificent views set in 75 acres at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our main house is on the grounds and this is our newly built 3 bed cottage. We are blessed with a 75 acre garden in the New Forest with stunning walking trails and a vista. It’s very family friendly with children’s play area too. We have a pool but it’s not in use at the moment. There are beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area including Lyndhurst and Lymington and the coast being only ~10 miles away. The cottage has a open plan space on the ground floor with a spacious lounge, dining area with table and chairs and kitchen. There are floor to ceiling bi-folding glass doors that look out onto the garden views which are perfect for watching beautiful sunsets and sunrises as we are high up on a hill. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of plates, cutlery, glassware, coffee machine, tea, coffee, smeg fridge and various pots/pans etc. Under the stairs, there is a washing machine with all the supplies you may need to use it. There is a door into the shower room with a newly fitted shower, toilet and sink. There are stairs going to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a double sofa bed with a tall set of drawers for storage and another chest of draws with a bed side table and an extra hanging rail. Bedroom 2 and 3 are identical with a single bed and a bedside table with chest of draws each. Guests have access to the entire property, all to themselves. You will have your own keys and are free to come and go as you please! There’s a full kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, large fridge and oven/hob etc. The cottage is very private and very much encompasses its own place on the grounds so we hope you will feel like you have a little home to yourselves! If you need anything, we are available and in the main house - just a door knock away. Alternatively, feel free to call or text me with any queries. I will be available for the duration of your stay - contactable via phone/text or just feel free to knock and see me in the main house when I’m in! I’m very personable and would love to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The area is very peaceful and rural but there are many pubs around such as The Compass Inn, The Empress of Blandngs and the Mortimer arms. Alternatively, you can be in Southampton in 10 minutes or Winchester in 30 minutes. Other towns like Lyndhust and Lymington are also very beautiful and nice to visit. For really nice spa and a five star meal we have Limewood Hotel which is around 10 mins drive away. It’s beautiful place to visit a need even just have evening drinks. For supermarkets, there is a Morrison’s that is 5 mins away and a Waitrose in Romsey which is 10 mins away. We are less than a 5 minute drive to Paultons Park - the home of Peppa Pig world! We have a large drive and lots of space to park right outside the house so please feel free to bring your cars and it won’t be a problem. The easiest way to get around whilst living here is by car or taxi. Please note we have a pool with no cover and no gate on it so small children might need to be supervised when walking around the pool area. It’s away from the cottage by the main house. We live on 75 acres of garden and woodland so it’s the perfect place to explore walking trails and take advantage of the great outdoors. You may even see some wild deer or horses! Something to note: the sat nav doesn’t always bring you directly to our house as we live up a long private drive so once you book we will send you exact directions.
