The Loft

The loft is prefect for a small group or large. Please read The Space . We are 1 hour from Yosemite Main Gate, and less to the snow areas and lakes. Jamestown has the best restaurants in Tuolumne county and full of fun shops. Columbia Historic State Park is 5 miles and 2 miles Sonora. We also have extra parking for boats etc. The Loft is on the second floor over the garage, there is a flight of stairs. Has its own private entry and is not attached to the house. You have your own parking area. You have your own patio area with a gas B B Q and outside dinning table and chairs. The loft Its 1100 sqft open space that accommodate 4 guests on two king beds and a full size sleeper sofa and 2 single beds, one that is a pull out on the floor for 4 more guests, 8 total. Full bath with shower only, Roku TV and WiFi, Full kitchen with everything you need, pots and pan, dishes etc: . We do allow one pets, we have a kennel available for medium size pet. Must let us know that your bringing a pet and if there is more than one. If not you’ll be asked to pay a extra fee. Rules for pets posted on the kennel. We have Parking for extra vehicles boats etc if needed. Guests have access to entire loft space which is above the garage (some areas have signs not to use and some cabinets are locked) also parking area, Bar b q and dinning area. Other area on property not a shared space if you should explore Use at your own risk! Owners are on property and will be available to advise guests of the local attractions and history. Rural setting with lots of privacy, on 8 acres yet close to skiing, fishing, boating, hiking. Two lakes within 15 min. And less than hour to the snow area , snow parks and skiing. Yosemite one hour to gate. We have extra parking for outdoor vehicles. Close to great dinning and live theaters. Old ghost towns near by! It’s best to have your own car, we do have a cab service and a bus that goes to Yosemite and the ski area. We are in a danger fire area [ (Website hidden by Airbnb) could turn off power to the unit, we have no control over this . We have extra ice chest and lanterns etc: if needed. This has only happened one other time, it should not be a problem.
