Picture the scene: You settle in beside the fire, wrapped comfortably beneath a crisp, star-lit night lit only by the gentle glow of the fairy lights. You turn the toasting marshmallow above the crackling fire as a gentle breeze flows through the trees and against the canvas of your cosy Bell tent, waiting for a good night’s sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If this is the experience that you are after, Bowses Hill Farm is a must! We are a family run and dog friendly location - because even your loyal companions could use a break! Inside the bell tent you will find 1 king size bed (with 2 extra camp beds if needed for children). Although we do advertise this can sleep up to 5 people, we do suggest the futon beds are more suitable for children rather than adults. If you're a group of adults we would recommend booking additional bell tents if you're looking for a proper mattress for all adults during your stay. The interiors are tastefully decorated keeping within the great outdoor theme with a touch more comfort and luxury. Each bell tent is one of a collective in a dedicated woodland, each as lovely as the next. We have fully functioning wash facilities within our shower block- no need to sacrifice the luxury of a warm shower in the morning just because you're camping! Bowses Hill Farm is a family run farm house set in 10 Acres of rural woodland within its setting, surrounded by glorious farm fields, luscious coffee shops and walks. Myself and my partner are big lovers of the outdoors and nature, along with all things associated with camping and walking. So, with this in mind we wanted to offer our land for like-minded, keen campers to come and enjoy back to nature within the woodland. We offer parking on site for 1 car per bell tent Please note, bedding is NOT provided with your stay. We advise you to bring sleeping bags or a duvet cover along with pillows. Our bell tents are located within a woodland area surrounded by beautiful trees, therefore the leaves do fall on the tent so they aren't the picture-perfect white crisp colour. Also, because it is a woodland, nestled within the leaves and grounds are insects. Although the tents are thoroughly cleaned these pesky bugs occasionally get in. So we provide a dustpan and brush if there are some unwanted visitors. The tents do have a 2 zipped door entrance, 1 being an insect net, so please keep this zipped up, and then it should eliminate the bugs choosing a cosy night stay with you.
