King Room in Shared Cabin w/ HotTub | Near Lakes

Your home for the night is steps to the beach, parks, playground. You’ll love the outdoors space, the ambiance, and the serenity of wildlife meandering through the yard. With the rain comes a small waterfall and a creek through our yard. The home is good for getting away from the city, for couples, families and small well-behaved pets (charged as extra nightly guest fee). Check-in beyond 5pm needs pre-approval and is subject to availability. Up to 3 upstairs AIRBNB bedrooms, available separately, share a full bathroom. This room includes a comfy Cal King size bed, desk, dresser and mirror. The other rooms include a queen size bed, built-in desk, chair or a King size bed and a built-in desk with chair. Full bathroom includes sink, toilet and shower-tub combination. There are additional bathrooms downstairs. If you want to explore my HOA community, including the lake, parks, & golf clubhouse community, you will need to purchase a parking pass. Please let me know if you need that. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the parks, beaches or the clubhouse area. However, there are beautiful trails meandering along creeks that are great for walking your dog and meeting other nature lovers. The gorgeous golf course is for members only. If you are interested in a private membership, I can definitely point you in the right direction. Coffee available in the mornings. About 1 hour to Truckee/North Tahoe. About 1 hour to Sacramento. About 10 miles from local wineries, local lakes to fish and swim, Bridgeport, Yuba River, Empire Mine museum and state park, and downtown Grass Valley. No smoking. No parties. No drugs. Pets and Service Animals: I have small (< 10 lbs.) friendly well-behaved dog and cat. Add your pet(s) as an extra guest in the reservation and just let me know in the notes. If you have a service or support animal, your pet stays gratis. Otherwise I ask a (small) extra guest fee for each well-behaved pet. I have a small fenced-off doggie yard that is safe from predators such as mountain lions and car traffic- ha! Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any parks, beaches or the clubhouse. However, I live right across the street from a large beach-front park and people walk their dogs along the street here. And there is a dog bag station across the street from me. We do have some trails along the creeks where dogs are allowed, and no parking pass is needed.
