The apartmen war completly renovated in Dez. 2020 In the souterain is a spacious guest room about 31 m² with its own bathroom (8 m²) The room is complete furnished with a double bed 140x200, wardrobe and sofa as well as television. There is a fully equipped mini kitchen and a modern dining area. The table is large enough to work comfortably with the notebook. The bathroom is newly renovated with a large rain shower. In the bathroom, washerand dryer are used by the landlady. Wörth is conveniently located in the Isartal between Landshut and Dingolfing directly on the A92. From the Wörth train station you can take the train in 60 minutes in Munich or Regensburg. Munich can be reached by car in about 60 minutes. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The Wakelake bathing lake with a water ski lift is located at 1km distance. The room is well suited for weekend riders. From BMW (Dingolfing and Landshut), Eon (Niederaichbach) and secondary schools (Landshut-Auloh) looking for a comfortable and cozy living space for a limited period of time. Longer term (from 2 weeks) is only rented to weekend riders. I would be pleased to support guests with tips on leisure activities in the area. The train station of Wörth can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The driveway is only 3 minutes away.
