Room with small double bed
It is a very old house and shows signs of tear and wear, so for those seeking impeccable 5 star accommodation this may be the wrong place, but for those who are happy with an accommodation with character they could be right here. Apart from myself, there are also 2 cats living here and therefore the odd cat hair will be encountered, so please do not complain afterwards. The community Triesenberg has a lot to offer for those who are fond of the outdoors. There is a skiing resort up the main road in Malbun which is part of the community. It offers a small and familiar ski resort, suited for families. It also has a Nordic skiing resort for both skating and traditional Nordic skiing. There is also dedicated Winter walking path and a sledge piste. In the nearby town centre bikes can be rented for free up to a maximum of 24 hours In the summer, the same resort offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, downhill, and you even get to see marmots in the wild and with a bit of luck you get very close to them. There is a sauna in the house that can be used for an additional fee of 10 € per person per session. For those who intend to stay longer there is a washing machine and a dryer that can be used for a small extra charge of 5 € of each usage. There is one bathroom that is shared between guests. Despite its old age, the house is fitted with modern lighting systems and all sorts of other electronic and smart devices that can make life easier. Again for those who have a modern technology phobia this could be not the right place to stay. All in all it offers at a reasonable price for this area some basic accommodation with a short distance to nature and outdoor activities. You have access to your private room shared with other guests bathroom (if they are present). Check in is between 18:00 and 20:00 hours. Check out on the day you leave before 10:00 hours. If you want to deviate from this please check with me beforehand and wait until I have acknoweleged and confirmed the deviation. There is a link to the NUKI smart lock within AirBnB. Chek it out and you should get an Entry Invite. If this fails provide your email address and I can send an invite. If you stay just for one night, however, it is not required. I am usually present to welcome you and show you around. The community Triesenberg has a lot to offer for those who are fond of the outdoors. Getting here is easy either via your transport on the nearby A13 motorway, or via bus and train. There is a bus station (Triesenberg Post) 350m walk from the house. You will be send a link to an app that you can download on your smartphone. This will give you access through the main entrance. If you stay only one night, however, you will not need this. Please arrive between 18:00 and 20:00 hours. If you want to deviate from this please ask first. If you are travelling with your own vehicle, there should usually be a parking space available next to the house. (Directly at the street with carport in front of the house. Please do not use the parking lot that is downhill and looks like it belongs to the house, as this is the parking lot of the neighbour. If in doubt ask again). If parking in front of the house is not possible, there is still the possibility to park for free in the center below the bus stop. From there it is a 300 meter walk to the house. If you have luggage you can unload it in front of the house and then drive the car there.
