Villa Gašparini has won "Tourist flower" reward as the best inland holiday home and best family accommodation in Croatia in 2016. From 01.11.-24.04. we charge additional 70 € fee to use the hot tub. We will do our best to make your stay unforgettable:) If you really want to relax, this is the right place for you. Besides an outdoor Jacuzzi, big garden and BBQ facilities, you can take a ride with Renault 4, use bicycles, scooter or a quad and taste fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our property has a lot of hand made details since there are many things we have made on our own. It best accommodates 4 people, since there are two separate bedrooms, but there is also a possibility of 2 persons sleeping on a sofa bed in ground floor. If needed we can offer a baby cot - in the ground floor and travel cot in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Big garden and terrace, outdoor barbecue, outdoor Jacuzzi, vegetables/fruits in the garden, parking places, legendary Renault 4, 4 bicycles for grown people and several for children, scooter and a quad. We are open for communication and we'll be glad to share some advice's and tips on where to go, about places to visit, etc., but on the other hand we will be discreet and we will respect guests privacy. We will be there for you and we will make everything we can to make your holiday unforgettable :-) Peacefull and quiet, fresh air, good climate. Villa is situated in the center of the village Cerion, in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Around the village there are lots of country roads where one can easily go for a walk or running or even riding a bicycle. Parking is big enough for 3 vehicles. Cerion is a village between Višnjan and Karojba, belongs to the municipality of Višnjan. It is located south of the regional road Višnjan - Karojba, at 318 meters above sea level. According to the census from the 2001 it has 46 residents. Small population is mostly engaged in traditional agriculture (vineyards, cereals) and livestock. In the history it belonged to the Motovun families and municipality of Motovun. In the village cemetery is the church of St. Matthew the Apostle which was built in the fifteenth century (Glagolitic inscription), rebuilt in 1707 as an endowment of "di Stefano Gerco e dei fratelli Percati" as is written on the sign above the entrance. On the facade, which has been adapted in 1935 there is a distaff with two bells. On the inside there are two marble altars with several statues. There is also a public children's playground. Just one kilometer away there is a water source called Badavca which was used over the years by the inhabitants for water supply. These days it is mostly used as a place for gathering of poets. There is no public transport, it would be good to come by car or to rent one. But, we also have a Renault 4, a quad, a scooter and bicycles, which are all available to you... If needed, we can help you with renting a vehicle. Free parking is available at the property. Insurance included. A local ride with a legendary Renault 4 is possible (on request, included in the price). 4 big bicycles and several for children as well as a quad available and included in the price. Seasonal vegetables to taste. When using our property and vehicles we expect you to take care of them, to pay for the fuel you spend and to pay any costs you may cause by crashing/braking it or any parts of it. From November till the end of April additional 70 € fee should be paid to use the hot tub.
