Remodeled historic stone cottage

NOTE: We are continuing to deep clean between guests. Mayflower Cottage is a 500 year old Cottage in the heart of Blackawton. The village shop and pub is less than 100 yards away. The space is all yours with a private patio and use of the shared garden area to enjoy. Blackawton is in the heart of the South Hams which is known for is flower cover lanes and stone walls. Beaches and Historic Dartmouth are a short drive away. Mayflower cottage consists of a living room, small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It utilises an air source heat pump for heating/cooling and the cottage uses 100% green energy. Zero Fossil Fuels. We have a Type 1 7KW EV charging point available for customers to use. Guests have access to the whole cottage and the patio outside is theirs. Free access to the garden. We live just next door and are usually available to help with questions or if you need us. We are very happy to chat but also don't want to talk our guests ears off unless you want us to. Local village pub, community shop, St Michaels Church. Central in South Hams, easy access to Towns and Beaches of the South Hams and Dartmoor is a 1/2hr drive away. Blackawton is accessed by 1 mile of narrow lanes winding their way through fields full of sheep and cows. There is no TV in the cottage, however there is free wifi for you to access TV on your devices should you want to. There is a radio for your use.
