La Grange du Moulin holiday cottages welcomes families with children. We offer a safe and peaceful environment in which to enjoy an affordable self catering family holiday in rural France. With other toddlers and young children for yours to play with and an enclosed garden and safely enclosed swimming pool you will be able to relax with a chilled glass of wine chatting to like minded parents whilst your children make new friends. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING - we can often offer a better price if you have younger children or depending on your dates or we may have a more suitable property available as we have many properties in the area The Fleurie cottage is one of six on the La Grange du Moulin site sharing the pool and play garden. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, a double and a twin on the first floor with the small bathroom which has bath with shower attachment, basin and toilet. There is an open tread, cast iron, spiral staircase. (This has a stair barrier at both the top and bottom.) Downstairs is open plan with kitchenette, living and dining areas. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, mini work top electric oven / grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all basic crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher. There is a large patio window to the front opening onto the terrace with charcoal barbecue. It is opposite the enclosed heated swimming pool. There is a small area of garden to the rear accessed around the side of the cottage where you can watch the sunset in the evening over the open fields. There is easy access to the play garden which has swings, slide, sandpit, trampoline, playhouse and garden toys and is completely enclosed. The pool is safely enclosed too. As a guest at La Grange du Moulin family holiday cottages you will have full access to the enclosed play garden filled with toys, sandpit, swings, slide, pirate ship, play house and trampoline. Full access to the enclosed swimming pool area, surrounded by sunbeds and with a childrens heated toddler pool too. Free wifi . Free laundry facilities. The cottage is your own private space. We live on site and are available 24/7. You'll see us around tending to the daily maintenance of the property and we organise all the activities, we are also happy to chat about the area, help with all your needs, but we arn't intrusive and will let you get on with your relaxing family holiday. The property is located on the edge of a rural French hamlet. The nearest bars and shops are a short 10min drive away, there is a boulangerie 3km away, there is nothing in the village. Parking is free onsite. A car is essential there is no public transport. Regarding covid we are obliged to scan your pass sanitaire, you will be refused entry if you do not have a valid pass as we have a communal pool and garden. We expect everyone to follow recommended advice on hand washing and social distancing. Hand gel is provided in communal areas sush as the pool gate and washing machines . Some facilities may not be available depending on government restrictions at the time. This is a child friendly property and is classed as a childrens play park, as such smoking anywhere on site is not allowed , this means both inside and outside the house, you cannot smoke on your terrace (front or rear), you cannot smoke in the communal garden or pool area. The only place you may smoke is in the designated parking area. There is quiet time after 9pm. Also there cannot be music or radio heard outside your house at any time, you must wear headphones. We live on site and will enforce these rules for the comfort of our other guests.
