Please note there are several low ceilings and beams within the apartment that make it uncomfortable for someone over the height of 5ft 10ish. Quiet garden apartment. Set up as one double bedroom with lounge. But the lounge can double up as a further bedroom. We can supply beds, travel cots etc. Just let us know how you would wish the beds to be arranged. Sole use of the apartment. Property has recently undergone renovation and redecorations. New photos will be posted next week. One bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4, using the lounge as a bedroom. Fully self contained. With use of shared garden. Master bedroom with double bed, Lounge which can be used as second bedroom with put you up bed or travel cot. Bathroom with shower and bath, two cloakrooms. Kitchen/diner. Garden/ Patio for guests use. Good location near Town centre. Short walk to shops, restaurants etc. We are flexible and can accommodate single lets or family lets. Tring is an historic town on the main train line to London Euston. It is a 5 min drive to Station and the train journey takes 40 mins. Tring has some excellent pubs and restaurants, Zoological Museum (part of the Natural History Museum). We have the Court Theatre and a 20 min drive is a new Theatre in Aylesbury. It is a great place to walk having the Ridgway and Ashridge very close. Tring Park, College Lake and the abundance of canal walks are all worth a visit. The accommodation is on the main bus route. Stoke Mandeville hospital is a 15 min drive away. We are close to the M1 and M25 making it convenient for all major airports and travelling either North or South. A 25 minute drive away is the famous 'Harry Potter, Warner Bros Studio Tour, where you can see behind the scenes and experience how some of the special affects were created. We have a travel cot and fold away beds for the extra little people, so can accommodate families. There is Wifi, t.v. The kitchen is fully kitted out with washing machine, microwave etc. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SOME STEEP STEPS TO ENTER THE APARTMENT AT THE FRONT. It is difficult to enter with a pram/buggy, from both rear and front entrances, therefore these have to folded in order to bring them into the apartment. Arrival time 4pm onwards. Please no late night arrival. Leaving time 11pm. We have to get the accommodation ready for the next family's, so appreciate if you leave promptly. Guests will have fully exclusive use of the two rooms, which can be either 2 bedrooms or 1 Lounge and 1 Bedroom. Exclusive use of all the cooking facilities and Bathroom and w.c.'s. I live close by so am on hand for any queries or problems the Guest may have. Within easy walking of the town centre. Many Restaurants, take aways, Wine Bar and pubs offering good food close by. Bus stop 25 yards away. Bus goes to Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Watford or Aylesbury. Train station 2 miles from Tring itself. This train takes you either to Milton Keynes / Birmingham or Euston and the London Underground. If you cannot arrive at around 4pm please let us know in advance, so that we can cater for you. I cannot handle late night arrivals, sorry.
