Calmnes, space and a fantastic view, Grenache

Domaine Leyvinie is located on a hill, surrounded by nature so that you have a fantastic view on all sides. You can relax at the swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, or on your private terrace. We provide table d'hôtes 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), daily (except Thursday) you can order freshly made takeaway meals and in the morning we deliver freshly baked bread. For 9.50 pp you can use the breakfast buffet. There is a house and 2 buildings, each with 3 gites. Maximum number of guests is 24. Gite Grenache has a spacious layout with a comfortable living room with sitting area, open kitchen (equipped with hob, microwave, coffee maker and american fridge) with dining area and door to private terrace. 2 bedrooms with 2 box-spring beds each. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. 1st floor: 3rd bedroom with 2 box-spring beds, 4th bedroom (closed by a curtain) with 2 box-spring beds. 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The guests have their own home. The pool, the garden and laundry room is shared with other guests. Breakfast and dinner is served on our private terrace with a magnificent view. In the garden is a ping-pong table and a dartboard. You can also borrow rackets, jeux de boules and board games from us. You can rent bicycles from our partner. We live on site and are therefore often present. We are happy to give you tips about the area. Domaine Leyvinie is located on the edge of the village of Perpezac-le-Blanc where there is a bakery, a restaurant, a bar/tabac, a post office and a multi-sports field (tennis). In Objat (12km) you will find the large supermarkets, the "ecopiscine" with an indoor and outdoor pool with slide, several restaurants and everything you need. There is also a nice market on Sunday morning. If you take the car, there are plenty of lovely villages, castles and gardens to visit. "Lac du Causse" is 20 km away with various water sports. There are also activities in the area such as a climbing forest, paintball, quad biking, golf, horseback riding, paragliding, ballooning, etc. You will not be bored here. Objat (7 km) has a bus / train station. The nearest airport is in Brive-la-Gaillarde (25 km), Limoges (110 km) and Bergerac (114 km) You can park for free at the Domaine. There is wifi available, it works best in our reading/internet room where you are welcome every day from 08.00 - 20.00. Here you can also work quietly, watch a film on your laptop and view folders of the area. We live on site and are available daily.
