There are many trails that run through the area for ATVs and snowmobiles. The lake is very clean. one of the cleanest lakes in the region. Great for swimming and all water sports, including fishing. There's a boat launch very close in the town of Dorset, or you could use the shore next to our dock for small boats, like canoes or kayaks. The cottage is near Bracebridge Golf Club, Deerhurst and Hidden Valley Resorts. Algonquin Provincial Park as well as the Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre are less then an hour away.
