Tesla Guesthouse in the Village

Modern and fresh guest suite (bedroom & bathroom only) with private entrance. Suite features a luxurious king sized bed with memory foam mattress. Solid wood bedroom floors. The spacious bathroom includes a large tiled shower and double bowl sink. Private entrance with parking by the deck. The space has its own HVAC system that YOU control. Suite has NO TV and NO FOOD STORAGE. Garaged Tesla charging for $10 a night. Only two blocks from the beautiful Ohio River. The space has parking close to steps to deck. Deck includes a chair for lounging. The bedroom has hardwood floors and a fresh memory foam king sized bed. The bathroom has a tiled shower. The suite has its own HVAC system. Space is close to a train. The back garage is under construction. Bedroom and bathroom only. No other part of home is available. Guests may use back yard. My bikes are also available to use for a casual trip through the Village if given 48-hour notice. The back deck has a chair perfect for reading. The space is setup primarily for sleep and a shower. I don’t socialize much with guests but will help you anyway I can. My elderly neighbor, however, would love to talk to you. Close to scenic Ohio River. Wal Mart is three miles away. Gas station, three pizza shops, and a grocery store are within a half mile. Very safe. Park anywhere behind suite. I own the house next door and the unoccupied trailer in the back. Close to train! You will definitely hear the train. Back garage is under construction. My elderly neighbor may want to talk to you if she’s out. She’s a talker. Please note there is no table, desk, food storage, or TV in suite. Bring a laptop if you’d like to watch something.
