Cozy appartement with everything you need

Travelling for a business or pleasure? This stylish place to stay is perfect for single traveler or a couple ( by adding an extra bed and make it as a double). There is a possibility of a second room for an additional charge (upon request). Located on the 2nd floor of our family house in Belvaux. The appartement consists of bedroom with a work area, sofa and a flatscreen, fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower. There is no washing machine in the appartement. The appartement is on the 2nd floor with own door. It is accessible via the main entrance of the house. We are available for any help you might need pretty much all the time except the time we sleep. Rockhal is 4km away and is conveniently accessible by local transport. For a relax head to a nearby Gaalgebierg park (600m) The university of Luxembourg can be reached easily by car or by public transport. For a bite to eat , there is an excellent Croatian restaurant (Gurman) and Italian restaurant (Mia Zia) both 2 min walking distance. Getting around with car is super easy but expect a lot of traffic if you are heading to a motorway, especially during the peak hours. Public transport is free and reliable and will get you to most places. We have no animals at home.
