The space has every essential with a full private kitchen, full private bathroom, bedroom area, small cute dining table, and a lounging area. The entrance area mudroom, yard, and patio is the only space that is shared with the host. You will need to go through the back door of the host's residential home through the mudroom that has two sweet bunnies. If you are allergic to bunnies please let us know ahead of time before booking! Please note the suite is down one flight of stairs Enjoy your sleep and relaxation in a queen size comfortable bed. A futon sofa with a Japanese Shiki Foldable Futon mattress is provided for extra guests' comfort. Wifi is fast and ethernet via powerline to our router is available as well Cozy yard and patio available to use with firepit, gas grill, dining table, and hammock. Ample street parking is available for guests. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located between Route 27 and Route 1. My partner and I live with our housemate on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Since the studio is in the basement, you will have privacy and everything you need.
