James House is walking distance to Romsey town centre and built within the Fishlake meadows nature reserve where you can enjoy a beautiful walk & bird watching. It has easy access to the motorways & Romsey train Station links to Southampton and Salisbury. At James House you can enjoy clean, open plan living, a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A light and airy dining room, with dining table seating six. The double doors open up to the rear garden. There is a cosy separate living room to relax, unwind with a magazine or catch up a boxset on the smart TV. In addition is a ground floor cloakroom. To the first floor are two double bedrooms with king size beds, and the third bedroom equipped with bunk beds. You then have a further bathroom with bath and shower. Due to being located in a quiet residential area we are unable to group bookings / hen parties or stag parties. WiFi connectivity all round the house. We follow Air BnB’s extended cleaning policy.
