It consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage room. The entrance door as well as a large terrace door gives access to the outside area. Kitchen: The entrance of the flat leads you immediately into a large, bright and modern kitchen with wooden table and sofa. Present is a wood fireplace, which quickly and pleasantly heats up almost the entire flat and provides a very cosy ambience. From the kitchen you immediately enter the large living room and the bathroom or storage room. The big highlight of the kitchen is the double glass terrace door facing west, through which one has access to the terrace and the garden. Living room: pleasant, bright lounge with large sofa and two bright south-facing windows. Open passage to the kitchen. From the living room you can see through the kitchen and terrace door out into the greenery. Bedroom: In the bedroom there is a very high quality box spring bed. One wall has been left in its original century-old condition. A large oak wardrobe offers plenty of space to store clothes. The room also has a large window facing the quiet north side. Bathroom: Modern and perfectly equipped bathroom. Italian walk-in shower. The sauna can be used for a small fee. Storage room: Small storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, storage space and cleaning equipment. Terrace: The terrace is attached to the garden, but separated on two sides by a natural stone wall. The terrace is not completely finished, but can be used without problems. Garden: two large lawns with old trees. Barbecue is of course possible. The flat is integrated in a century-old farmhouse. We have dogs that live in a large fenced area as well as cats that run around freely. We therefore ask dog owners to keep their dogs on a leash in the yard. Thank you very much! The car can easily be parked in front of the old farmhouse, there are always free parking spaces. To get to the flat, you have to climb a few steps up a beautiful 200-year-old stone staircase. At the top, in front of a front door, turn left and walk two metres over pavement to the next front door, which is white: this is the entrance door of the apartment. The beautiful 750-year-old town of Diekirch is 7 minutes away by car - in the picturesque old town you will find wonderful cycling routes, extensive shopping facilities and culinary dining opportunities. In the world-famous Müllerthal, which can be reached in a good quarter of an hour by car, the most beautiful hiking trails and wonders of nature await you. Our fabulous medieval capital Luxembourg City is also less than 1 hour away by car, train and bus and will enchant you with beautiful architecture, exhilarating events and exquisite cuisine.
