The property is a detached house on a quiet cul de sac. Close by is Edisford Bridge & local country pubs. There is a Spar shop within a 5 minute walk. There are many gorgeous walks accessible from the property as a close by footpath leads onto the Ribble Way. There are regular train & bus services from Clitheroe town centre.
