Relax and enjoy a nice fire at home around the fire pit or enjoy yard games . Our quaint home which is just steps from the river offers endless activities in a quiet rural neighborhood. In this newly remolded home on the main level you will find 2 bedrooms (queens beds) with full closets and a full bath with tub located on the main level. There is a large kitchen which is stocked with essential cookware , large dinning area and living room. Spacious deck is located off the dining room area with patio furniture and grill which offers view of the river. Head down stairs and you will find a media room with fold out queen couch and recliner, then head to the 3rd larger bedroom with another queen bed. Also located downstairs is another full bath and laundry room area. There is also an iron board and air mattress located in the closet upstairs. The attached garage allows additional space for provided games including ping pong and bags! Our private driveway allows free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Contact us by phone calls, text or e mails! The home is located 2 miles north of Bellevue in Spruce. This quite home gives convivence of town life and the quietness of country living. The best part about this home is you can bike/walk right into town or slip your boat or canoe in the Mississippi River in minutes! There is additional queen air mattress as well as iron board located in front closet! There is a fireplace located in the upstairs however, it is not functional. We also have provided garage games (ping pong, bags, basketball) we ask that you play outside or in the garage, please do not bring into the home to play. If anything additional is need we would be willing to help in any way!!
