Please note there are no lifts in this building. There are spaces for visitor parking. The flat is very close to: Cosham High Street (shops and amenities) (3 min walk) Queen Alexandra Hospital (5 minute walk) Bus Station Train Station Suitable for single professionals, tourists, and those visiting friends or relatives in QA. My guest is welcome to sit in the shared garden downstairs ( if it’s sunny). Guest will be given the flats front door key and another key to lock the bedroom door for privacy if they so wish. You are welcome to all areas of the flat and make yourself at home, apart from my own bedroom (master bedroom) please - this is my personal space. I'll be available in the flat if needed; I'm usually working from my room. Lovely The main post code you have will take you to the front of the block of flats building ; the car park is in the back. I will show you to the car park where you can stay freely as a visitor. Flat is at very Convenient location, I’m A laid back host. hygiene and cleanliness are important to me so my property is very well maintained. I do not expect guests to clean before leaving.
