Shower room with shower and sink with hand soap and all towels included. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper. All plates, cups, pots, and pans and cutlery are also included. Dining table and 4 chairs. Living room comfortable large sofa, fire, tv, PS4, and free wifi. Stunning views from main caravan window. Well maintained caravan park with a small play park for children and a laundry. No shop on site; however, all local amenities are only a short drive away. Entire caravan and small garden area outside caravan with table and chairs. also space for car parking. Self check~in with key box I am at the end of a phone, if needed, also have another caravan on site. Short drive away from the stunning St Cyrus beach, Lunar beach Explore the hidden waterfalls and beautiful castles within the area Montrose, Arbroath, Edzell, Brechin, Stonehaven, Aberdeen, Dundee. The lovely tangleha beach is a 10-minute walk from the caravan. Car is the best option to get around; however, we do have a bus stop outside Caravan Park and also local taxi service. on site small play park for younger children. on site laundry, washing machines, tumble dryer and iron and iron board.
