Three story town house situated on Chapelford village in Warrington. The house is a perfect place guests wanting a convenient and very comfortable base to explore the delights of the North West of England. Set in between the Cities of Liverpool & Manchester, Warrington offers the perfect base for your trip. The house is located on Chapelford Urban Village, two allocated parking spaces are at rear of the property and free BT Wi-Fi. There is a spacious lounge with large sofa area, a flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Bluetooth speakers in every room to play music. The lounge overlooks the garden with access via French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all modern appliances, Nespresso Coffee machine etc. There a downstairs WC. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a walk through wardrobe section and En-suite bathroom. There is a private rear garden with a seating area, log burner, table chairs and BBQ. The house is conveniently located between Liverpool and Manchester and within easy reach of the Peak District, North Wales and the Lake District even the Trans-Pennine Trail passes through the borough. Located on Chapelford Urban Village its 2 minutes' walk from the village centre where there is a friendly pub that serves traditional English breakfast and carvery and has a separate family area where there is a children's play area. There is also a large Sainsbury's, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers, pharmacist and a fantastic large park with a two children's playgrounds and football cage. For families Gulliver’s World theme park is located a 2 minute drive away. There is also Walton Hall and Gardens which has a delightful children’s zoo. Within easy driving distance is the Skate Academy and Catalyst Science Discovery Centre. For Sports fans The Halliwell Jones Stadium home of Warrington Wolves is located 10 minutes away. It's 25 minutes to Manchester United's Old Trafford and City's Ethiad Stadium and Lancashire County Cricket Club. In the opposite direction 20 minutes away is Anfield home of Liverpool FC and Everton's Goodison Park. For shoppers there is the nearby Golden Square shopping centre and a number of retail parks with mega stores such as IKEA, Marks and Spencer and Next. The Trafford Centre and Liverpool One Shopping Centres are nearby. Warrington is also blessed with fabulous parks, glorious canals and wonderful countryside too just waiting to be explored including Rixton Claypits, Lymm Dam, Risley Moss, Woolston Eyes and Appleton Dingle. Nearby Stockton Heath is a vibrant village just south of Warrington town centre. It has amazing selection of boutique shops. The village has numerous bars, restaurants and cafes including Gin Alley, Corks Out, Terrace Bistro, Ego and Tomahawk Steakhouse. It all makes for the ideal place for an unforgettable break. The house has two allocated parking bays, there is also two visitors parking bays available in addition to this. There are 12 electric car charging points (connectors) available at Warrington West Railway Station. The charge points are operated under the bp pulse network. Warrington West train station is 2 mins walk from the house and can take you to Manchester or Liverpool. Warrington Bank Quay is a 5 minute drive from the house. The station lies on the West Coast Main Line, operated by Avanti West Coast, with regular services to London, Birmingham, and Scotland. A regular regional express service operates between Manchester, Chester and North Wales. Bus routes 13 and 96 stop outside nearby Chapelford Farm, Warrington West and Mapplewell Crescent. Please observe the noise level to respect neighbors. Please keep the place as clean as you would expect when you first arrive.
