In the winter it is cosy and warm, and in the summer the house is full of light. I have one guest double bedroom available with access onto a small terrace and a private bathroom. The rest of the house is available on a shared basis. It is a great place for people working in the area, but looking for peace and quiet. Alcaidesa has several bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a gymnasium, as well as a stunning beach and great golfing facilities. A great place for those who work in Gibraltar, but chose to live away from the Rock. Within 10 mins drive, there is Sotogrande Marina and Polo club, with a range of bars, shops and restaurants.
