Double bedroom , Clean and Quiet

Clean and large private double bedroom located in Groby close to M1 .Very quiet ,the parking limited for two small cars.The kitchen and bathroom are shared and you have shared access to the microwave, oven, fridge .there is not computer or laptop in the room and you need to bring yours .there is Coop shop in the area and a restaurant as well .we have a rule “ NO shoes inside “ no smoking and pets as house is very clean and tidy ,however the slippers will be provided indoor to use .
