Enjoy a relaxing couples get-a-way or friendly atmosphere for four. Nestled amongst the hills of Calaveras County, this small apartment is perfect for boaters and fishermen. There is plenty of parking for your recreational craft and it is located just minutes from the tri-dams of Hogan, Camanche and Pardee. It's just a short drive to historic Murphy's or Mokelumne Hill where you can enjoy the taste of wine and hunt for antiques. Come back to home base and unwind under a large lighted gazebo. One bedroom with a new, comfortable, queen bed, a generous sized closet, small dresser and side tables. The living room space has a twin trundle pull out to accommodate up to two more people comfortably, a 50 inch tv with access to direct tv, free wi-fi access, and two leather recliners. Music lovers will like that they also have a tuned piano in the living space. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and small 4 person table and chairs. The full bathroom has a shower and handicap bars installed on three walls. We have a large paved parking area. We allow two vehicles or one vehicle and one recreational craft per stay. The main house is just a few feet off, but guests enjoy a private entrance. If I am needed guests are encouraged to either text or leave a note at the main house door. Quiet residential neighborhood with oaks, pines and cottonwoods providing lots of privacy. Located on a "horseshoe" lane, with only 11 residences the traffic is light. Great area for short walks and country enjoyment, but only 5 minutes from town. This is a rural area so you definitely need a car to get around. This is a quiet, private, residential neighborhood. Even though it feels more rural, out of respect for our neighbors we ask that all guests be mindful of their speed on the roads and the 10PM noise curfew.
