A quick walk to Anson B. Nixon park located on 106 acres throughout the Borough and Kennett Township. Our place is just a five minute drive to Longwood Gardens and within an hour of Wilmington and Philadelphia. First Floor: Living room and dinning room, kitchen, wood burning stove, chef's pantry, washer/dryer unit, full bath Second Floor: two bedrooms (queen and full) and full bath Fully fenced in backyard Guests will have access to the full first and second floors along with the fenced in backyard. **Basement and attic not available to guests** Available when needed Welcome and enjoy your stay! The home is over 100 years old so please be kind and treat it as if it were your own. A few house rules is all we ask: - Please be mindful of the proximity to the neighbors. No loud noises, music, or parties - No smoking indoors - Please ensure dogs are potty trained and well behaved. Ensure all messes are cleaned up – there are doggie bags in the shed to clean up outside. No dogs on furniture and beds. - For anything broken or ruined, guests will need to reimburse host
