We are renting a compact suite with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open plan kitchen. The apartment has a privat entry and there's a possibility to park for free on the property and on the road next to the house. We are located in "Ichenhausen". You can reach Legoland in 10 minutes. The next bigger city is "Günzburg", 15 minutes away and "Ulm & Neu Ulm" which can be reach in 30 minutes. The train station of Ichenhausen and the bus station are less than one minute away from the suite. In the first bedrooms you can find a King Size bed and a dresser for your clothes. In the second bedroom there's a small double bed (140x200) and a dresser. As additional sleep possibility, you can use the sofa bed (140x190) in the open plan kitchen. You are allowed to use everything you find in the kitchen. In the bathroom you have a rain shower, a small sink and WC. The facility was kept pretty easy and clear. Your apartment has a small terrace. For our guests travelling by car, there're multiple possibilities to park for free. You can park for free on the public road next to the house. Just like you are able to use the parking lot on the property (I can show you). There's is a possibility to park on the public road next to the house (host can show you), but you are also able to use the garage on the private property for free. I'm pretty new on Airbnb and just started to occasionally rent my apartment. When the suite is not booked, we work on the house and around the house (WE DON'T WORK AROUND THE HOUSE WHEN THE ROOM IS BOOKED!)
