Very clean and comfortable main level of quaint home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen, unique living room, spacious bedroom and full bath. Patio access, privacy fence, off street parking. Located one minute from major highway. Three very happy and healthy kitties live here and will be present, PLEASE DO NOT book if this is a concern 😺 Minutes from popular locations: Airport/MOA - 12 Downtown St Paul/Xcel Center - 13 Downtown Minneapolis/Target Field/Center - 22 This space is my general living area. I’m frequently out of town or spending time in the northern suburbs and make the main level available to guests during those times. Please note there is a lower level space that is also rented out to airbnb guests. The back entrance is a shared entryway however guest interaction is close to zero. Please enjoy your clean, comfy space as well as be respectful of the fact that it is my home as opposed to an everyday rental property. Leaving it in the condition it is found is expected and appreciated! Guests have access to main level and laundry room if needed pending permission/timing. Mind that the lower level is also a space for airbnb guests. Always a text or phone call away, if phone service/internet communication is difficult, helpful neighbors across the street have access to the rental as well Quiet and safe neighborhood only one minute from major highways, very residential area but several businesses in neighboring West St Paul and Inver Grove Heights The space is occupied by 3 clean, happy and healthy kitties that love visitors! 😻We all appreciate when a guest can assist with feedings/watering which take minimal time and effort 😺😺😺 If this is a problem, renting out a space with pets may not be in your best interest ☺️
