The room is located in an apartment of 1100 sqft which embraces: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa with chaise longue, a laundry room and a terrace. Heating and cooling system is powered by solar pannels thought heat pump. This ensures perfect thermal comfort in summer and winter. Up to one parking slots in the courtyard, large garden for leisure and a bike shelter. Located on the first floor of a building consested of two units with separate entrance.
