The house has been completely redecorated, cleaned and freshly painted all over. There are all new mattress and beds. Kitchen has all that a house should have, cutlery, bowls, plates, microwave, toaster, glasses etc and everything can be used with care by guests. Also, you will find a bit of oil, tea bags, vinegar, sugar and things to get you by if need it. If you want to cook might have to buy your own for requirements All is clean and been sterilised. Enjoy your stay Guests can use entire house, except the wee attic and garage. The house has also a library/ chill room at the last floor where you can read a book from the collection already there and once finished, I would like to ask the guests to place it back - for others to enjoy also. You can open the sky window and sit there to relax with a lovely view to the clouds on the rocking chair and a cup of tea. Under the stairs at the ground floor, you can use the inside door to hang your handbag or jacket or anything you like. Also, there you will find iron, washing rack, brush, hoover, etc and a small black unit at the back where it’s all the cleaning products kept, toilet paper, cloths, toilet brush, washing liquid etc. The play house at the back garden can be used also (small toys-dolls and cars provided) where you will find the 6 big chairs for the outdoor table and a big blue blanket if you want to go for a picnic nearby or just sit on the grass. All gardens - back and front can be used. There is a key for the back wooden door garden in the kitchen hanged on the wall next to back door. At the main door on the porch, you can find a bottle of sterilising gel, as also in the kitchen. Please feel free to use it when in and out of the house. Hope you will enjoy your stay The house has two sets of black iron gates. Main Gate one and side Gate. You can use whatever suits you or both if you like to park your car. There is plenty of space for 3 cars to be parked there. There is a 24h access. If someone has parked car blocking Access you can use side Gate to Get Cars inside Also, if in a hurry you can leave it on the street but do not recommend. Please be always aware not to block or obstruct any of the neighbour’s access to their drive. Be kind and considerate. Thank you The whole house is accessible to guests as they pleased. Make sure please before you leave that all windows and the main and back doors are locked properly plus the back door garden. The exception is attic and garage. I am available at any time if any issues. I live 10-15 min away and I can be there if any emergency. If you can’t reach me by telephone please leave a voice mail or send me a text and I will come back to you as soon as I can. From my house the guests can reach Glasgow city centre by car, by train, by cycling, or by bus - the bus stop is at only 3 min walk, at all times (check times please for bus and train). It’s a short walk to Barrhead city centre where you can find lots of shops like - Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Pharmacy the sport centre with swimming pool, library and gym. There also GP and dentist practices if need it for any emergency. You can find Iceland, Boots pharmacy, Savers, Subway, 24h petrol station at Asda, Tesco Supermarket If you love outdoors (you come to the right place) you don’t have to drive to far or at all actually if you are good on your feet. At 10min walk from the property you will find Barrhead Darnley Dams where you will can easily spend time there of great outdoor activity or just sit, enjoy the nature and relax. Its pet, child, cycle friendly and very close to the country lanes where will be other adventures waiting for you there. There are lots of places where you can have a picnic or a BBQ if you want. Make sure you remember this is Scotland and bring always an umbrella with you or have the proper gear, just in case. From Barrhead you can go by car in 35-40 min to Troon also or Largs Beach towards Ayrshire -45min. The house has gated on premises parking with two sets of black iron gates. Main Gate (Balgray Crescent) and Side Gate. You can use either. There is ample space for upto 3 Standard Cars to be parked on premises. There is a 24h access. If someone blocking the Main Gate Access you can use side Gate to Get Vehicle inside Also, if in a hurry you can leave it on the street but do not recommend. Please be always aware not to block or obstruct any of the neighbour’s access to their drive. Be kind and considerate. The play house can be used for playing if guest bring any children as are some wee toys there left also. The big chairs inside of the playhouse are for the outdoor table that you can place anywhere you would like in the back garden. If you take any chairs in front garden - always through the kitchen- please make sure you place them in the Playhouse (Black Garden). There is a recycle food waste in the kitchen and I will be appreciated if it’s being used. The main door (not the porch) might be a bit tricky to lock with the key so please be patient - close the door, lift the handle all the way up holding it there and then twist the key towards left. Make sure it is locked before you head out. The porch door stays unlocked at all times. If you want peace of mind about not losing the key you can place it back into the key lock box attached to the back door garden. And makes sure also that is closed securely. Please be considerate to neighbours and try to ease keep it down after 9:00pm
