A beautiful private room with balcony in Preganziol, a small and quiet town conveniently located between Venice and Treviso. The house is in the centre of Preganziol at 100 meters from Train and bus station. Venice is at 25 min away by train and at 10min from Treviso. Kitchen for the exclusive use of the guests, Air conditioning, Tv Netflix, safety box, refrigerator, towels, hairdryer, free wifi and free parking. I also have a lovely boxer named Safira she is very friendly and socialized! It's a typical 2 level house in the center of Preganziol with a beautiful garden. At the second floor there are 2 private rooms a bathroom and a little kitchen for the exclusive use of the guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary for the cooking like electric stove, moka coffee machine and cutlery. In the garden there is a barbecue were you can spend some cool time in summer!:) The guests have access to a beautiful garden with a two person swing where they can stay and relax. Preganziol is situated between Venice and Treviso. From Venice or Mestre you can reach Preganziol by train line Udine or Treviso in 25min, ticket 3.6 euro. From Venice Marco Polo airport take bus line 15 to Mestre train station (ticket 7 euro) and then take train for Treviso or Udine and get off at Preganziol, ticket 2,65 euro. From Treviso airport take line 6 for Treviso train station, tiket 2,5 euro and there you can take the train for Venice and get off at Preganziol (5min) ticket 1,85 euro. The city tax is not included and should be paid by cash at your arrival, it's 1 euro per person per night. The children under 14 years don't pay.
