Small town grocery within walking distance. Private patio. Parking beside home to accommodate trailers, boats etc. plus two parking spaces in front of home. Parking in front of cottage. You can bike around the neighborhood to local small town store, Red River, Golfing range or Red River Museum Available through email and texts Located 14 minutes from Red River Gorge, walking distance to Ky Dragway also walking distance to a small town grocery store. Neighborhood is filled with colorful homes. Kinda like a Key West feel. Homes are shotgun houses. This is a quite friendly neighborhood. Tenth Avenue runs parallel in front of the home, parking is in front of the house. You can bike to the Red River or walk to the Dragway, Red River Museum.
