Set up as a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance on a working grass-fed cattle and sheep farm. Get back-to-nature, relax and chill on this peaceful farm setting. Comfortable and convenient access to walking/bike path along the Delaware Canal, hiking trails and less than two miles from quaint Stockton, NJ. Freshly decorated in calming neutrals, you will sense relaxation as you walk through the door. There is a Keurig K-cup coffeemaker, electric stove, a small refrigerator with freezer top and well-supplied kitchen cabinets with plates, cups and utensils. A toaster is also provided. For the health and safety of the farm animals, and the comfort of subsequent guests with allergies, we do not allow pets at this location. Guests will have full access to the downstairs (Nest) apartment, outdoor seating area, and common areas surrounding the Stonehouse. For your safety the animals and animal barns are off limits. The working farm area across the lane is leased by a young couple. This is NOT part of the AirBnB access areas. The wire fencing securing the animals is electrified. Stockton, New Jersey, United States Stockton Market has a Food Court/Market open Friday nights, Saturday 9am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Stockton Fine Wine and Spirits Store is 2 doors down from the market. Stockton Food Store is like a convenience store with basic staples and open from 7am-7pm. For full grocery shopping there's a Giant food store (10 mins away). There are many charming local restaurants in New Hope and Lumberville, PA and Lambertville and Stockton, NJ all easily accessed by car. The area itself is great for walking, running, hiking and biking with gentle rolling roads, walking paths and river views. It's an easy 90 minute drive from New York and an hour from Philadelphia. ALWAYS DRIVE 15 MPH on the farm lanes. Sheep, geese and goats are occasionally in the road.
