There are built in robes in each bedroom and 2 queen sized beds and 3 single beds. Fresh white linen, blankets & towels are all provided. This is a wonderful family get away, home away from home which sleeps 6. It is a short drive from Perth City, Fremantle and Murdoch University. Closest shopping centre is about 10 mins walk from the house. You deserve some rest and relaxation, and the Pavilion offers you just that. It has a spacious open plan living design with the living area opening into the kitchen and the dining area. The living area has a 55 inch television and has a second living area or theatre with a 65 inch smart TV. The kitchen is modern with new cupboards and a stone bench top. An open office or study area with an office desk and monitor are also part of this beautiful home and available for your use. The outdoor setting is spacious, with heaps of backyard area for kids to play and an alfresco with a large 10 chair garden table. The outdoor area allows you to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor weather that Perth has to offer. This place will make family times spent outside in the evening breeze memorable. There is a secure double garage which you can drive through to an extra in front of the garage if required. Just bring your luggage and make yourself comfortable in this gorgeous home. Livingstone Shopping Centre is only 10 minutes’ drive and the Harrisdale Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk from the house. The area has some beautiful well looked after parks and play grounds for kids. There are stunning walkways in the neighborhood which meander around the natural vegetation and well-kept green grass, and this makes taking walks in the morning or afternoon a pleasure. The neighborhood is a great part of this home, and is there to be enjoyed. The city of Perth is approximately 25 minutes drive from the house. There is regular bus service from the suburb which takes you to the train station and then to the city.
