Private Space, Private entrance, near Winchester!

Located in Stephens City, VA just 2 miles from I-81 (Exit 310). Close to Winchester, Shenandoah National Park and the Shenandoah River. You will have a private entrance with off-street parking for one vehicle. Located in a cul-de-sac in a friendly neighborhood. Inside you will find a living room with a loveseat and chair. Half-bath. TV with cable and WiFi. There is a bar area with a microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig. There is NO KITCHEN. UPSTAIRS you will find 2 bedrooms. (1 Queen/1 Twin) You will have a private space in our home. We have worked with a builder to divide the home to have separate living areas that are not accessible to one another. You will enter the front door into the living area that includes a bistro table for two, a half bath, a coat closet and a coffee bar. The coffee bar has a mini-fridge with separate freezer, a Keurig, a microwave and a toaster oven. There is NO kitchen sink or cooktop. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other is a twin. You will have parking for one vehicle off-street. You will have access to the driveway which is shared, the front porch, front and side yards. The fenced backyard is separate and not accessible. I am always available via text if there is an issue or concern. Located about 15 minutes from Winchester, VA and 2 hours from DC. You will need a vehicle. I provide a starter set of plastic utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, a gallon of water for coffee maker and a few other basics. For longer stays you may need to supplement.
