The cottage is sun-filled and private. Off on it's own driveway with a carport and parking for additional vehicles. Country air beckons, stress melts away to awaken the creative sides of your soul. Revitalize your Nintendo 64 skills! Unplug or not--your choice. Cable TV and WiFI is available. No pets, please. The Cottage is located down the farm lane with it's own driveway and carport. Guests have access to the entire space. It includes a full eat-in kitchen, living room/dining room, three bedrooms, full bath with washer/dryer, plus outdoors a front yard and private backyard areas. a spacious "mudroom" with a separate entrance is perfect for keeping all your outdoorsy gear, bicycles, cross country skis and more. Stockton Market has a Food Court/Market open Friday nights, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Stockton Fine Wine and Spirits is 2 doors down from the market. Stockton Food Store is like a convenience store with basic staples and opens 7am - 7pm. For full grocery shopping there's a 24-hour Giant food store (10 mins away). There are many charming local restaurants in New Hope and Lumberville, PA and Lambertville and Stockton, NJ all easily accessed by car. The area itself is great for walking, running, hiking and biking with gentle rolling roads, walking paths and river views. It's an easy 90 minute drive form New York and an hour from Philadelphia. Always drive 15MPH on farm lanes. There is no rush and the sheep, goats and geese may saunter down the road from time to time. For the health and safety of the farm animals, and the comfort of subsequent guests with allergies, we do not allow pets at this location. PLEASE NOTE: For your safety the animal barns are off limits. The working farm across the lane is leased to a young couple that is not part of the AirBnB access areas.
