Une BelleVue...Where Eagles Soar

"Une Belle Vue" is a 864 sqft 2 bedroom bungalow nested on the beautiful Island of Campobello. Take a walk down to the Head Harbour Lighthouse which is about 10-15 minutes. From the lighthouse you can see the other small Islands around Campobello...watch the whales and see bold eagles and many other birds fly by. You can also visit Franklin Roosevelt Cottage and have tea with Eleanor and walk the many trails surrounding the estate. Don't forget to bring your binoculars. The kitchen has an eating space with cooking utensils that also includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric chopper, a brita to filter your water. Fridge, stove with oven and microwave above stove. Both bedrooms have a view of the ocean. Bedroom #1 has a comfortable queen bed, a small night table with lamp, a chest of drawers and hanging knobs for your extra clothes. Bedroom #2 has a comfortable double bed and a comfortable twin bed, a small night table with lamp and knobs for hanging your extra clothes. Living room has 2 recliners, a 3 seater couch, a television and an electric fireplace. There is wifi and internet access. There's a Roku Box with access to FREE movies. All rooms have floor rugs... Doors are not locked and keys will be on the kitchen table. Guest have the entire house for they stay in private seclusion...the entire open space all the way to the beach is yours to enjoy. You will enjoy your stay and that's a fact here on our beautiful island with its cool breezes, sunny and lazy days, hearing the waves beat the sea shore and watching the boats sail by. You are welcome to come again and again...we will never tire of having you. Call, text or holla and I'll be there in a jiffy... I will be just a phone call or text away... It's very peaceful here at "Une BelleVue", where the sunrise is a spectacular view from the bottom of the property where you can sit and drink your coffee or watch the birds and the waves splash the shore. Most mornings you'll see the eagles and other birds flying over head calling to each other, enjoying the ocean breeze as they soar the skies. You will also see and hear our beautiful chipmunks scurrying around looking for food and woodpeckers pecking at the bark of the trees. If you bring your bikes there are lots of trails and parks to visit. You can also drive around the Island where you will have different views of nearby lslands and see the ferry coming into Welshpool. From the backyard or living room you will see the Grand Manan Ferries in the distance as they go by. You can collect "Sea Glass" on the beach, you can sit and watch the fishing boats go by, you can go for long walks, you can do birdwatching, golfing, you can eat out at one of the Islands restaurants or stay in and cook and relax. Most of our neighbors are from the US who have homes here and everyone is friendly. Driving, bike riding or walking... For longer distances like grocery shopping you can go by ferry or drive through Maine and Lubec. Your Checklist...
