Summer Vintage Apartment

A Cosy apartment in the heart of the San Nicola Arcella historical center, suitable for families and groups of friends. The apartment consist of a spacious living room with a double sofa, a table with chairs and a balcony where you can appreciate the entire village of San Nicola Arcella and a glimpse of the sea. There are 2 bedrooms. The master one has a double bed. The second one has a single bed and a huge wardrobe. The corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen which also includes a corner with washing machine, dryer and iron. The bathroom is super cool ad fully equipped. The whole apartment is available for private use. The apartment is really well located because it is in the historical center of the village, a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Once you take the San Nicola Arcella highway exit (there are 2 exit of San Nicola Arcella, you have to take the second one), follow the road until you reach a roundabout, there you will find a free parking. To reach the parking easily, we suggest you to search on Internet for "Cafè le Mele San Nicola Arcella" and follow the directions. It is possible to reach the beach by foot or by shuttle, we will provide you the timetable if requested through the Airbnb chat. 7 minutes walk from the Conad Supermarket, 4 minutes walk from the Parapharmacy, 8 minutes walk from the Pharmacy, 3 minutes walk from the Tobacconist. Guests will do a self check-in for this reason it is recommended to advise about their time of arrival in San Nicola Arcella. The codes for self check-in will be sent the day of the arrival at the apartment. Our apartment is equipped with complete bed linens and hair-dryer. Each guest will be provided with one face towel, one large towel and one toilet roll. NB: In case of personal items left in the accommodation, they will be kept for a maximum of 3 days. If shipping is required, this service will be charged at a cost of 10 euros plus delivery cost. NB: For the anti-terrorism law, the Italian police system requires to register you as our official guest on the website "alloggiatiweb" before completing the check-in process. In order to respect this rule we'll ask you to send your document information through the Airbnb chat (We suggest you to download the Airbnb app to attach the pictures).
