Luxury Narrow Boat on the Trent and Mersey Canal

Enjoy a break on Tiller Girl a luxury 57ft Narrowboat. This unique holiday accommodation is a perfect getaway for families, small groups or couples and a great way to try out boat life on the water. Take a long or short break along the historic Trent and Mersey Canal and enjoy the countryside from a very different perspective. Prices are all inclusive bar a small damage bond. There is a king size bed in the bow bedroom along with plenty of wardrobe space, good sized shower room with toilet and sink, central heating throughout and a superb, fully equipped galley with fridge and full size cooker. The large sofa bed in the salon provides a second, very comfortable double bed and there is a DVD player, games and reading material to enable you to enjoy relaxed narrowboat living . A BBQ and outdoor seating are provided for warm balmy evenings on the cut (canal towpath!) and logs are supplied for the wood burning stove for autumn and winter evenings. Secure free parking onsite and well behaved dogs are always welcome. Free secure parking on site and lots of canal and riverside walks in the local area. Bus service from Tamworth Road to Derby, Nottingham and East Midlands Airport and parkway . Castle Donnington and Shardlow are beautiful small towns with lots to see and there is a great selection of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops along the canal or within walking distance of the Marina.
