Porto torres Platamona room on the beach Sardinia

Located in a quiet area, the is beach just below the house, the sound of the sea will calm down your nights, a little pinewood is in front of the house and there are many places to visit around. The area is rich in archaeological sites (within a radius of 50Km): you can visit the city of Sassari and also Alghero, Castelsardo, Stintino, Argentiera and backout the beautiful island of Asinara, which is clearly visible from the house. The house is part of a condominium family shared with two other families (my relatives) who move there on summer only. Beach access is allowed by about 15 steps. Two patios: one in the north with the sea breeze to cool off on hot days, and one in the south, wind-protected in the days of strong mistral. There is a barbecue if you want to roast something... The part of the house available is central, between the other two families. The size is environ 80 square meters, are two rooms to rent and there is a wide living space with couch and sofas, kitchen, desks and lunch table. Outdoor, two patios and a large garden. Depending on the period, I could be availble to suggest some place to visit...or even bring you there. The area is called Platamona, it is the closest beach in Sassari, 12km long, covers almost the entire Gulf of Asinara. The house is in the far west of this, 3 km from P. Torres. Nearest airport Alghero (40km) Nearest harbour Porto Torres (3 km). Bus to Sassari every 40 min (15km) To keep the armony with the neighborhoods we respect the limit of our garden, wich is big enough anyway...
