Cozy American Studio with Terrace in Dakar

Modern Residence in the outskirt of Dakar, near all major roads - very well situated for visitors and business people coming to Senegal - The apartment is cozy and confortable with 24 hours security and maintenance in the building. We provide all basic amenities that you will need to enjoy your stay in Dakar. WIFI - TV Canal Plus - Air Conditioner - Washing machine - Refrigerator - Hot water - Coffee machine - Microwave - iron - clean towels + fresh linens - private terrace , etc... WELCOME ! Our attention to details | The owner has spent 26 years in New York, and he likes to pay attention into details, therefore customer satisfaction is at the core of his values. Cleaning is done three times per week ( Monday - Wednesday - Friday ) usually from 10: 30 am to 1 pm. Linens and towels will be washed once a week. It is forbidden to smoke inside the studio apartment. Pets are not allowed in the building. It is forbidden to organize parties or events. Thank you for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment and respect the tranquility of the building. Guests can enjoy our lovely terrace at any time. After 10 pm, we advise you to lower your voice when making phone calls on the terrace. I am 5 minutes away from the residence and Daniel, our maintenance personel will be next door to help you at anytime. Sud FOIRE | Our Residence is located behind the CICES, known as " la FOIRE de Dakar ", in a new neighborhood primarily inhabited by middle class workers who spend all day at work and come home in the evening to relax. Therefore, it is relatively quiet all the time. On the main commercial road leading to Numero UNO ( retail shopping for clothing and shoes ), you will find a bakery shop, a take out fast food restaurant, a dry cleaning store, a modern home decor ( Prestige ), AUCHAN ( a giant French supermarket chain) and many more local businesses. The best way to get around is with taxi. you always have to negociate the rate, by rule take 1000 f off the rate they ask the fisrt time. the average rate to go anywhere in dakar in 2000 F - 2500 F. Good to Know | The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor . Electricity is at your charge @ 120 F per kilowatt. We advise you to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Our residents are professionals who work during the day and need a good night rest, therefore we ask you to keep the noise down at night.
