Come relax and enjoy the village life in our newly restored duplex with everything you need in your home away from home. A perfect location to enjoy everything the village has to offer. All the comforts of home with two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and one with a twin daybed and crib (This room also doubles as a playroom!). There are two full bathrooms (one on each floor), and a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen and a back porch. A stackable laundry is also available in the kitchen hallway for your convenience. Situated in the heart of the village, our restored retreat is walkable to shops, cafes, the local grocery store, the library and the parkway! We want you to feel at home so we try to keep all the essentials stocked. From laundry soap, to coffee, to soap and shampoo. Making dinner? We should have everything you need. Feel free to ask if you are looking for something specific so we can make sure you have what you need. Please check out our house manual for local eats and places to visit! Guests will have access to the entire duplex. The large driveway and yard are shared with the tenant next door so be sure to park in designated parking spaces and keep the yard clean. We are available via text or phone for all of your needs! We are steps away from exploring everything the village has to offer! The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable with ample sidewalks and crosswalks. You can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, the library, and the parkway all within minutes! A car is not necessary to get around the village but with a car, you are 5-10 minutes from downtown, the NYS fairgrounds, wegmans, and surrounding suburbs! Our restored retreat is part of a duplex, which is essentially two townhouses next to each other. Please be respectful of our friendly tenant next door by keeping noise levels down between 9pm-8am.
