"The Alpaca Cabin" - 1 Bedroom Cabin

Rustic, charming cabin w/ updated touches! This cozy 1-bedroom cabin is a comfortable getaway for those wanting to be in town while still offering a little privacy away from downtown. There is a queen bed and futon w/ springs for guests to sleep and a stocked kitchen to cook in. The area offers fly fishing, skiing, splash pad & Jaycee Park & recreation. Whether you are in town to play or simply traveling through we would love to have you visit! It's a great place to call home for awhile. The living room area has a futon available for sleeping, chair & ottoman and electric stove. There is a smart TV available in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows w/ provided WiFi. The bedroom has a queen bed, closet for linen & clothes storage, with a vintage sliding door for privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a table and stool set for 4, range, refrigerator, toaster, blender and basic cooking utensils. The small back room is set up to enjoy your coffee or tea, equipped with a microwave and a chair & ottoman for extra relaxation. There are additional cooking & baking utensils below the microwave. The bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink & blow dryer. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion are provided. There are 5 total cabins on the property, so the yard is a shared space out the back door. There is no laundry facilities on site, but there are 2 laundromats within 5 minutes of the property. ** (There is an air mattress for extra guests that fits best in the living room in addition to the futon. Please inquire prior to booking if you air mattress will be needed.)** Guests will have private, full access to the 710 Kentucky Street cabin. However, the yard is shared with 4 other cabins on the property. Zack & Terri live in Dillon and can be reached if needed. Residential area of Dillon near Kentucky & Chestnut Streets. 5 total cabins on the property close to Safeway, schools and just a few minutes from downtown Dillon. Parking is available on the side of the street in front of the cabin. Dillon is very to navigate via car, bike or on foot. Please reach out to hosts for more than 3 guests. There is a queen bed and futon for sleeping arrangements. An additional air mattress can be accessible, if needed. Please inquire if there is a need for an air mattress in addition to the queen bed and futon.
